Grass-Fed Beef

In addition to our Tunis sheep flock, we raise grass-fed Angus and Angus cross steers. We offer the beef by either the half or whole animal, cut or processed according to your specifications. Please contact us for pricing and further information, as availability is limited.

ORDER BY THE CUT FOR A LIMITED TIME!

We usually only sell our beef by the half or the whole, but we've ended up with some surplus cuts after we filled all of our orders. So we're offering them for sale by the cut, for as long as they last.

Following these instructions is a price list of the cuts we have available. The quantities are limited and orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your order will be available for pickup at the Carolina First Saturday Market on the date you specify (see below).

If you're interested in purchasing beef, please send an email to katherine@redfernfarms.com with the subject line "Grass-Fed Beef Order" and the following information:

1. The type of cut(s) and quantity of each cut you want.
2. The name of the person who will be picking up & paying for the order so we can label it appropriately.
3. The market date you will be picking up your order - any Saturday morning in August and September.

Once we've packed up your order and set it aside, we'll send you an email confirming your cuts/quantities, your pick-up date, and your final total.
